Toledo police detectives are investigating a series of weekend shootings that left one dead, injured three others, and fired 18 shots at an apartment complex.
The Lucas County Coroner's Office conducted an autopsy Monday of Johnny Willet, 29. He was shot about 2 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Emery Street in South Toledo.
Mr. Willet was shot five times to the chin, left shoulder, chest, and right hand. He also suffered injuries to the heart and both lungs.
Separately, a gunshot victim walked into Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center about 10:30 p.m. Sunday. Michael Henderson was hit in his left hip.

Mr. Henderson told police two unknown men on bicycles attempted to rob him in the 400 block of East Bancroft Street. He said he was hit in the face with a firearm, and shot as he ran from the area, according to police.
Investigators were unable to immediately find a crime scene.
At 2:20 a.m. Sunday, an unknown gunman shot Maxwell Hartley during a reported robbery. Mr. Hartley said he was walking on West Bancroft Street near Collingwood Boulevard when the man demanded money.
Mr. Hartley refused, and was shot once in the groin. Police said he was treated at St. Vincent's for injuries that did not appear life-threatening.
One victim was shot during a burglary about 12:44 a.m. Sunday. Two unknown men entered a residence in the 100 block of Batavia Street and tried to steal from Steven Sutton.
Mr. Sutton was shot once in the right arm. He was treated at St Vincent's and expected to survive, police said.
Three unknown men fired roughly 18 bullets at an apartment building, 1306 Brookview Drive at Swan Park Apartments, about 8:43 p.m. Friday.
A resident believed it occurred because of a prior dispute at a nearby party. No injuries were reported.
A hospital spokesman said no information was available for the three surviving gunshot victims.
There have been 30 homicides and 107 people shot this year in Toledo, according to Blade records.
