I'm still trying to sort out exactly what happened at the end of last night's BGSU-Buffalo men's game. I'm waiting for a phone call back from Mid-American Conference associate commissioner Rick Boyages, who is in charge of the MAC basketball operations, to see what he thinks about the situation.
But while I wait, I wanted to recognize BG's Nate Miller for being the first MAC player this season to record a triple-double. Miller had 20 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in the loss. From the play-by-play it looks like he grabbed one rebound in overtime to get to 10.
There are other amazing stats in this one. Buffalo shot 55 free throws. The Bulls' Yassin Idbihi had 20 rebounds. Martin Samarco took 16 3-pointers.
