Electric utility FirstEnergy Corp. said Wednesday that Randall Frame, president of its Toledo Edison regional subsidiary, will become president of its Ohio Edison subsidiary effective May 13.

Mr. Frame was named head of Toledo Edison in February, 2011. Before that, he was FirstEnergy's director of utility and corporate sourcing supply chain.
