Hollywood Casino Toledo announced Tuesday that a new sushi restaurant is scheduled to open later this year. 

Chef Kengo Kato will open Shobu by Kengo in the casino, which is a new restaurant featuring a one-of-a-kind dining experience with high-quality, fresh ingredient sushi. This will be the third restaurant for the chef, who is also the owner and head chef at Kengo Sushi & Yakitori and Kato Ramen, which are both located in downtown Toledo 

Menu items at the new restaurant will feature some of the original Kengo Sushi & Yakitori favorites, as well as new choices exclusive to Shobu.

For those interested in working at Shobu by Kengo, a job fair will take place from noon to 4 p.m. on July 20 in the H Lounge of Hollywood Casino. Open positions include chef de cuisine, servers, hostess, and more, according to information from the casino.
