Bedford Junior High Opens Time Capsule

Bedford students open a time capsule. Many editions of the school's newspaper, The Bronco Bulletin, several copies of the Monroe Evening News, a dollar bill, a New York Times review of the main events of 1986, and a letter from then-principal James P. McHugh were among the items in the time capsule.
