Reverend Monsignor Christopher P. Vasko, JCD, Ph.D., VJ, framed by two members of the Toledo Police Honor Guard, during the service. In his homily marking the Ascension of the Lord, the Monsignor expressed gratitude to police for accepting the responsibility for law enforcement on their shoulders.
