The cheese The Andersons ordered last year was 3,200 pounds, but its popularity prompted the company to go bigger and to order an additional cheese for its Columbus location. Josh is the fourth generation to work at his family's business.

Employees flip each side, which weighs roughly 2,000 pounds, six times between when the cheese is poured out until it's ready to be bagged.
