Life in Early Ohio at Fort Meigs

The two-day event features historical actors giving demonstrations of life around the time of the War of 1812. Many of the activities offered are hands-on for children.

The scale in which Gebauer was weighted had iron forged in sometime between the late 1700's and early 1800's, though the ropes and platforms had been replaced.
