SYLVANIA SCHOOLS Principal Bauer had been introduced with full theatrics. SYLVANIA SCHOOLS Even Superintendent Brad Rieger got into the spirit of things, donning sunglasses and slapping five with students. SYLVANIA SCHOOLS Principal Bauer and mascot Paws discuss some of the rules for the new year before turning the program over to the staff to talk about the Paws-itive behavior initiative. SYLVANIA SCHOOLS At Northview High School, freshman fill the gym for activities to introduce them to each other and the school before touring the building and meeting their teachers. SYLVANIA SCHOOLS LINK coordinator Jodi Hess working with the other 3 counselors organized the event as an orientation for incoming freshmen. This is the 3rd year for the program at Northview. SYLVANIA SCHOOLS Team Leaders in purple t-shirts look on as Northview freshmen receive a warm welcome from staff and counselors.
