Westfield America, a unit of an Australian mall owner, this week completed its purchase of Toledo's Franklin Park Mall, which had been co-owned by the Rouse Co. and Rodamco North America N.V.

Westfield, based in Los Angeles, obtained the local mall as part of a 35-mall package involving the three firms that was announced in January.

Westfield has not stated its plans for Franklin Park other than to change its name to Westfield Shoppingtown at Franklin Park.
