Helge H. Wehmeier has been appointed to the board of directors of Owens-Illinois Inc.

Best of Show ADDY Awards were presented by the Advertising Club of Toledo to Communica Inc., for its Monroe Bank & Trust broadcast entry in the electronic category and to Powell Creative Group for its Toledo Taste of the Nation entry in the print category.
