A 17-year-old boy accidentally shot himself in the hand in central Toledo on Tuesday, authorities said.

Police did not release the name and condition of the victim.

The incident occurred about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Buckingham Street, according to Toledo police.
