A Toledo woman accused of sexually assaulting a minor has been indicted by a Lucas County grand jury on charges of rape and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Kimberly Sheppard, 41, of the 800 block of Wright Avenue was indicted Friday on the felony charges. She is being held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.

According to court documents, she allegedly raped a boy who was younger than 16 on June 13 and threatened to tell his mother that he had raped her if he did not comply.
