BOWLING GREEN — The Wood County Humane Society will be the beneficiary of a three-part concert series.

Doors open at 7 p.m. May 18, for the first Mewvements & Subwoofers concert at Howard’s Club H, 210 N. Main St. Live music begins at 8 p.m., and there will be trivia, a 50/​50 raffle, a showcase of adoptable animals, and drink specials. The entry fee is $5.

The May 18 concert features bands The Knits, The Mechanical Cat, Flat Earth Agenda, and Sleep Safe. The second concert, set for July 20, features GreenAcre Sessions and The New Fashioned, while the final concert Sept. 21 includes Guitars for Bunnies, Highbinder, and Monstrosadus.
