Black Swamp Arts Festival postponed until 2021

BOWLING GREEN — The Black Swamp Arts Festival, a popular event that provides artists with a creative platform, will not take place this year and has been postponed until 2021 due to ongoing safety concerns surrounding the coronavirus pandemic.

The event will take place again on Sept. 10, 11 and 12, 2021, the Black Swamp Festival Planning Committee announced in a news release Friday.

The committee had been planning an additional evening of art on the Friday of the weekend event this year, but ultimately decided it was “not possible to guarantee the health and safety of our guests and volunteers.” According to the release, all artists who have applied will receive refunds on their fees.
