A panel discussion on the power of mentorship is set for Thursday at the Glass City Enrichment Center.

“Mentorship has the power to transform careers, build confidence, and create lasting impact,” a program announcement said. Sponsored by United Way Emerging Leaders, the discussion runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 814 Front St.

“Whether you’re looking to become a mentor, find one, or simply learn more about the benefits of mentorship, this event will provide valuable perspectives and actionable takeaways,” organizers said. 

Emerging Leaders is an affinity group of the United Way mobilizing the “next generation of philanthropists to advance the common good.”
