Wayne Baldwin, 76, of Kenton, Ohio, Nov. 2, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center, Accidental, fracture of first thoracic vertebra; deceased fell down flight of stairs.

Thomas Brendez, 46, of Toledo, Sept. 19, in a field in 1100 block of St. John. Accidental, fentanyl toxicity.

Shaun Brewer, 44, of of Toledo, Oct. 30, at home. Accidental, atlanto-axial dislocation due to fall at home.

Davon Butler, 18, of Toledo, Oct. 15, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Homicide, gunshot wound of the head.

Natasha Carlisle, 40, of Toledo, Nov. 7, in 800 block of Vance. Homicide, multiple gunshot wounds of the head.

Robin Cisneros, 49, of Perrysburg, Dec. 2, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Accidental, anoxic encephalopathy due to probable cocaine toxicity.

Jason Clark, 43, of Toledo, Oct. 1, in the 1100 block of North Erie. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (ethanol and fentanyl).

Timothy Conzett, 31, of Toledo, Oct. 28, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Suicide, deceased hanged himself.

Wootson Dersch, 63, of Toledo, Oct. 2, in the 1700 block of West Alexis. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (cocaine, fentanyl, and diphenhydramine).

Evon Dixon, 31, of Toledo, Oct. 30, in 1700 block of Tyler. Suicide, self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Alan Drane, 28, of Toledo, Sept. 30, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (cocaine, fentanyl, and fluorofentanyl).

Richard Fix, 59, of Toledo, Oct. 14, at home. Accidental, lobar pneumonia with multiple pulmonary abscesses due to emphysema.

Marjorie Foss, 95, of Graytown, Ohio, Dec. 2, at Mercy Health St. Charles Hospital. Accidental, medical complications of right hip fracture; deceased fell at home.

Daryl Foster III, 20, of Toledo, Aug. 7, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Homicide, multiple gunshot wounds.
