University of Toledo students will soon be able to study in a new and improved Mulford Library on UT’s Health Science Campus.
Renovations will include new floor coverings and furniture, and reorganizing the fifth floor.
The library’s wooden carrel desks will be replaced with modern furniture including adjustable-height desks.
The fourth-floor entrance area also will receive new paint, flooring, and the addition of a featured titles section that will include board exam preparation materials and books on research and scholarly writing.
The renovations at Mulford follows a series of improvements at Carlson Library on Main Campus.
The new flooring should be complete by February and the new furniture is scheduled to be in place within the next few months.
