Construction is almost completed on new restroom facilities at Toledo’s Cullen Park at 4526 N. Summit Street.

The new restroom was constructed off-site with precast concrete then transported to the park and placed on a foundation, city officials said Wednesday.

The newly installed flush restrooms should be operational “in the coming weeks,” they said.
