Rossford police arrested a man for breaking into a police car Sunday at the station parking lot, authorities said.

Surveillance footage showed Travon Ware, 23, of Rossford entering the vehicle about 10:45 p.m. Ware then ignored commands to stop, and an officer used a Taser on him, police said.

Ware then ran from the area and was arrested on Bacon Street. Charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrests, motor vehicle trespass and attempted motor vehicle theft are pending, police said.

He was treated at ProMedica Toledo Hospital.
