A person was shot late Wednesday in South Toledo, authorities said.
Two hours later, Toledo police responded to reports of at least two people shot in North Toledo.
Police crews and paramedics were dispatched about 11 p.m. to the unit block of West Weber Street and a gas station in the 3100 block of Cherry Street.
Police were investigating, and details were not immediately available.
The South Toledo shooting was reported at 8:56 p.m. at a house in the 1800 block of Glendale Avenue that contains several apartments. The victim’s name and condition were not released.
At least nine Toledo police vehicles were at the scene.
Toledo police could be seen scouring the neighborhood for evidence. Officers asked neighbors who had security camera video to come forward.
