Body found Monday ID'd as Findlay man

The body of a man found Monday in North Toledo has been identified as that of Horton Scarberry, 53, of Findlay, said Dr. Diane Scala-Barnett, Lucas County coroner.

A ruling on the death is pending results of toxicology and other tests, she said.

Toledo police responded about 7:40 p.m. Monday to a report of a body at Albany and Champlain streets. Officers said they found the body along a tree line, police said.
