One person is dead following a shooting Thursday evening at Bryneport Apartments in Toledo.

Toledo police responded to a report of a person shot just after 9:30 p.m. at the apartment complex, located at 909 Byrneport Drive, near Airport Highway.

Davio Golladay, 32, was found with at least one gunshot wound and was transported to ProMedica Toledo Hospital where he later died, police said. 

Mr. Golladay’s death marks the 44th homicide in the city of Toledo so far this year.
