Authorities identify woman struck by train

TONTOGANY, Ohio — A woman who lived nearby has been identified as the person fatally struck by a train last week just south of Tontogany.

The Wood County Coroner’s Office identified the woman as Anna Kelling, 29, of Washington Township, Sheriff Mark Wasylyshyn said Wednesday. While a formal ruling has not been made regarding her March 23 death, the sheriff said, her car was parked near the scene on Long-Judson Road and video from the CSX Transportation train showed her jumping in front of it.
