The Toledo police non-emergency dispatch number has changed.

If you need non-emergency assistance, the number to call is 419-245-8443, police said.

The change is part of the switch to a centralized 911 center, which handles emergency and non-emergency calls for Toledo police, the Lucas County Sheriff’s office, countywide EMS and fire dispatchers, University of Toledo police, and suburban police departments.

The calls ring at the Emergency Services Building at 2144 Monroe St. in Toledo.
