Men wounded in separate Toledo shootings

Two men were wounded in separate shootings, one of which may have occurred in a local bar, over New Year's weekend in Toledo, police said.

Prior to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Teton Harris, 33, of Toledo walked into Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center where he was treated for a gunshot wound, police said.

Investigators believe that the man was shot at 1830 W. Bancroft St. also known as D&B bar, shortly before 10:30 p.m. Saturday, police said.

Jonjon Bumpus was taken by private vehicle to the University of Toledo Medical Center, the former Medical College of Ohio Hospital, police said.  No arrests were made.

Crews found numerous shell casings in the street in front of the Fries Avenue location where police had responded to reports of shots fired and later a person shot.
