A 21-year-old man was found unresponsive on the sidewalk in a central city neighborhood Wednesday night.
Around 10:30 p.m. crews responding to a ShotSpotter alert and subsequent report of a person down found the man in the 200 block of Winthrop Street. He was suffering from a gunshot wound.
The man was transported to ProMedica Toledo Hospital.
