Police have identified a man who was fatally shot last week in central Toledo.

Crews responded about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday to a ShotSpotter alert and subsequent report of a person down and found the man in the 200 block of Winthrop Street. Taesean Winn, 21, was unresponsive on the sidewalk.

He was taken to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center, where he died Thursday.
