A 30-year-old man sought medical assistance over the weekend for several gunshot wounds, according to a Toledo police report.

Just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday, police were summoned to ProMedica Toledo Hospital for a walk-in gunshot victim.

The man, who had several gunshot wounds to his extremities, was uncooperative with police and would not, or could not, recall any details about the incident.
