COLUMBUS — Gov. Mike DeWine on Friday announced the appointment of Sandra Drabik Collins, of Toledo, former director of the Ohio Department of Administrative Services under then Gov. George Voinovich, to the State Employment Relations Board through Oct. 6, 2026.

The board presides over labor disputes involving unions, public employees, and their employers.

The governor also appointed Tiffin attorney Karl C. Kerschner to the Ohio Elections Commission through 2028. The seven-member, bipartisan commission hears complaints about violations of campaign finance laws.
