Perrysburg officials are notifying residents to look out for rusty water while doing laundry from Oct. 14 to Nov. 8, when fire hydrants will be flushed and tested.
The tests may result in rusty water. Residents should run tap water prior to using water to wash clothes. If residents experience rusty water while doing laundry, they can pick up bottles of rust remover at the Public Utilities Billing Office, 211 East Boundary St., from 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
