Mercy Health and ProMedica establish coronavirus hotlines for medical questions

Starting Friday, Mercy Health, and ProMedica will operate coronavirus hotlines to answer medical questions related to the virus Monday through Friday.

Callers can use the hotlines from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, according to a Thursday announcement. The hotline phone numbers are 419-251-4000 (English only) and 419-291-5355 (multilingual). After-hours and weekend callers may leave a message, and their calls will be returned on the next business day.

The Ohio Department of Health also operates a coronavirus hotline, and the number is 1-833-4-ASK-ODH (1-833-427-5634).
