The action got heated at Toledo Speedway on Sunday, and the heat wasn't just from the racing.
A memorable brawl erupted on the 112th lap of the Great Lakes Chevy Dealers/Budweiser Glass City 200 between drivers Michael Simko and Don St. Denis.
While dueling for position with St. Denis, Simko ran into the wall. Apparently believing St. Denis didn't give him enough space, an enraged Simko got out of his car and charged St. Denis' car, which was stopped on the track.
On a full run, Simko leapt and jumped through the plastic windshield of St. Denis' car. After falling, he got up, then threw his helmet at St. Denis.
Race officials were able to get Simko moved into the infield, but St. Denis then left his car and charged Simko.
The pair threw several wild punches at each other before they were eventually separated. There were no serious injuries.
The men have been suspended from ARCA-sanctioned events.
