Toledo native and University of Cincinnati junior offensive lineman James Hudson has been named to the All-American Athletic Conference first team.
The Central Catholic product has started every game at left tackle this season. He is part of an offensive line that has helped Cincinnati average 5.9 yards per rushing attempt and a league-best 234.2 rushing yards per game.

Hudson was one of 17 all-conference selections for Cincinnati, which set a school record.
This is Hudson's first full season at Cincinnati. The former four-star prospect made a well-publicized transfer from Michigan last year and started in Cincinnati's bowl game in January, for which he earned All-Bowl Team honors from the Associated Press.
Hudson and Cincinnati will take on Tulsa in Saturday’s AAC championship game.
