• Key stats: Glover's all-around game soared as a senior as he led the Indians to a surprise 10-1 first-place finish during City League regular-season play. Glover, an all-district first-team pick, averaged 18.6 points, 9.3 rebounds and repeatedly came up with solid performances in Waite's bigger games. All this after averaging just five points a game as a sub last year. Led the Indians, who had no returning starters, to a 14-5 overall record and second straight CL playoff berth. Had 25 points and 15 rebounds in 86-85 loss at Southview, and 28 points and 14 rebounds in prep finale, a 66-63 OT loss to Scott.
