CamRon Gaston scored 13 points, including 7 of 9 from the free-throw line, and Rossford’s boys basketball team overcame a slow start to earn a 54-48 victory over Perrysburg in the Bulldog Basketball Holiday Tournament on Tuesday.
Rossford was outscored 16-8 in the first quarter, but regained the lead at 36-35 after three quarters.
Nic Borojevich scored 11 points, and Ben Morrison added 10 for Rossford. Jamari Croom totaled seven points and 10 rebounds.
Matt Watkins led all Perrysburg scorers with 12 points.
Rossford will play Clyde in the championship game of the tournament. The Fliers beat Cardinal Stritch on a last-second 3-pointer in the other semifinal, 52-51.
SWANTON 46, DELTA 35
SWANTON — Trent Weigel scored 22 points as Swanton defeated Delta in Northwest Ohio Athletic League play.
Bryce Gillen scored 14 points to pace Delta scorers.
FOSTORIA 85, NORTHWOOD 53
NORTHWOOD — Dom Settles and Lakai Robinson each posted 20 points, and Robinson completed a double-double with 12 rebounds, as Fostoria defeated Northwood in the Northwest Ohio Holiday Tournament.
EJ Williams and Dion Springer each scored 12 points for Fostoria.
Jay Moten led Northwood with 12 points.
LIBERTY CENTER 46, HOLGATE 37
LIBERTY CENTER, Ohio — Camden Krugh scored 18 points to lead Liberty Center to a victory over Holgate.
Robbie Thacker had 16 points, and Bailey Sonnenberg had 12 for Holgate.
ARCHBOLD 50, PETTISVILLE 36
ARCHBOLD — D.J. Newman scored 11 points, and Alex Roth added 10 as Archbold earned a nonleague win over Pettisville.
ELMWOOD 75, DANBURY 50
BLOOMDALE — Elmwood was sparked by busy afternoons from Brady Ziegler and Bryce Reynolds, as the Royals earned a victory over Danbury.
Ziegler scored 23 points and grabbed seven rebounds, while Reynolds latched on with 22 points, eight rebounds, nine assists, and eight steals.
Kaden Conrad led Danbury (1-7) with 17 points.
EVERGREEN 47, MCCOMB 37
NORTHWOOD — RJ Shunck had 12 points, Evan Lumbrezer and Eli Keifer scored 11 each, and Ethan Loeffler had 10 points as the Vikings defeated the Panthers in the championship game of the Northwest Ohio Holiday Tournament at Northwood High School.
Kyle Sherick led McComb (3-5) with 12 points.

WOODMORE 67, LAKOTA 27
ELMORE — Woodmore defeated Lakota in girls basketball action behind a 30-point effort from Brooke Allen.
Camryn Ivy posted 12 points for Woodmore.
Kendra McDole paced Lakota scorers with 10 points.
PERRYSBURG 55, ARCHBOLD 51
Kylie Griggs scored 17 points, and Bella Vaillant followed with 11 points and nine rebounds, as Perrysburg capped off a come-from-behind win over nonleague foe Archbold.
The Yellow Jackets (4-1) used a 21-10 fourth-quarter advantage to secure the victory.
Addi Ziegler led Archbold (4-6) with 16 points. Kylie Sauder had 11.
LIBERTY CENTER 50, SWANTON 37
SWANTON — Cassidy Chapa scored 12 points, and Samantha Engler and Peyton Armey each posted 10 points as Liberty Center knocked off Northwest Ohio Athletic rival Swanton.
Aricka Lutz paced Swanton scorers with 13 points.
WAUSEON 45, PATRICK HENRY 35
NAPOLEON, Ohio — Marisa Seiler scored 21 points, and Autumn Pelok pitched in 12 as Wauseon defeated NWOAL rival Patrick Henry at Napoleon.
McKenzie Vance scored 13 points, and Kayla Prigge had 10 for Patrick Henry.

MANSFIELD, Ohio — Bekah Bowser scored 17 points, and Morgan Foster had 10 as Evergreen defeated Louisville St. Thomas Aquinas in the Wayne Roller Showcase.
Ji’Kaiyah Holston led St. Thomas Aquinas scorers with 16 points.
EASTWOOD 64, FOSTORIA 37
PEMBERVILLE — The Eagles jumped out to a 34-15 halftime lead in their Northern Buckeye Conference victory over Fostoria.
Aubrey Haas scored 26 points.
Carmen Castro led the Redmen with 12 points.

BASCOM, Ohio — The Eagles ran out to a 32-15 halftime lead and rolled to victory over the host Chieftans (8-1).
Lauren Gerken led Liberty-Benton (8-1) with 21 points, and Brooke Deeter scored 17. Lauren Smith had 11 points.
