Gibsonburg’s Elly Evarts hit nine 3-pointers en route to a game-high 32 points Tuesday, but Ottawa Hills came away with a 58-51 nonleague victory over the Golden Bears.

Kendell Skiver and Sophie VanSlooten both scored 18 points for the victorious Green Bears, who wrapped up regular-season play with a 13-9 record. Gibsonburg is 15-5, leading the Sandusky Bay Conference River Division by a game over Danbury and Tiffin Calvert with two games remaining.

Genoa’s Makenna Moritz scored 25 points as the Comets edged Bryan 58-57 in nonleague play. Bryan also had a 25-point scorer in Averyann Fisher. Genoa (16-5) can clinch at least a share of the Northern Buckeye Conference title with a victory Thursday at Rossford, while Bryan takes an 11-9 record into the final two games of the regular season.

Delta kept alive its shot for a share of the Northwest Ohio Athletic League title with a 48-35 victory over Liberty Center. Anna Lohman scored 17 points and Abbey Todd had 16 points for the Panthers (18-1, 5-1 NWOAL), who can claim a title share with a victory Thursday over first-place Patrick Henry.

Montpelier clinched the Buckeye Border Conference title outright with a 44-26 victory over Edon. The Locomotives improved to 15-5, 7-0 in BBC play.
