Visits by Nashville, Worcester, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, and Jacksonville are among the highlights of the 2024 Toledo Mud Hens schedule released Tuesday.
The Mud Hens will open their season at home March 29 — Good Friday — against Nashville in the first game of a three-game set with the Sounds that will wrap up with an Easter Sunday contest.
The International League will, for the most part, follow the six-game, Tuesday-Sunday series schedule in place since the return from the coronavirus pandemic. The exceptions are the Nashville series (March 29-31), a split series against Columbus (July 1-3 in Toledo, July 4-6 in Columbus), a post All-Star break series against St. Paul (July 19-21 in Toledo), and an adjusted home series on Labor Day week against Indianapolis (Labor Day on Sept. 2, Sept. 4-8).
