Four Toledo men's basketball players enter transfer portal

Four University of Toledo men's basketball players have entered the transfer portal.

Junior Dylan Alderson, redshirt freshman T.J. Smith, freshman Donavan Moore, and freshman Aaron Etherington have each decided to transfer from the Rockets program.

Alderson averaged 5.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game for Toledo this season in 24.2 minutes per game. He began the season as a starter before coming off the bench later in the year.

Smith played 7.9 minutes per game, averaging 1.3 points and 1.3 rebounds. He redshirted the previous season.

Toledo's Marreon Jackson celebrates a play during a game this season. Jackson, who averaged 19.8 points and 5.4 assists per game for the Rockets this season, will enter his name into the 2020 NBA Draft.

Moore played just 3.6 minutes per game and averaged 1.4 points per game in his eight games played.

Etherington did not play in the 2019-20 season.

JUCO TRANSFER: Toledo picked up a verbal commitment from Northwest Florida State College guard Seth Millner.

The 6-foot-6 Millner averaged 14.4 points per game this season for the Raiders. He played in high school at Grand Rapids (Mich.) Christian and began his college career at Cleveland State where he averaged 7.1 points and 4.7 rebounds per game as a freshman during the 2018-19 season.
