University of Toledo baseball standout Chris Meyers has another All-America honor.
Meyers was named to the American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings All-America third team on Monday, his second All-America award this offseason. He was also named to Collegiate Baseball's third team earlier this month.
Meyers is the first Toledo player with All-America status from multiple outlets since Mitch Maier in 2003.
This season, Meyers batted .378 with a school-record of 15 home runs and 55 runs batted in. He was also named the Mid-American Conference player of the year after becoming the league's first triple crown winner since 1998.
