Former University of Toledo shooting guard Spencer Littleson has signed a professional contract with Hubo Limburg United of the Euromillions Basketball League, the highest professional league in Belgium.
"I'm really happy for Spencer and his family," Toledo coach Tod Kowalczyk said in a statement. "His unbelievable work ethic has really paid off. Spencer had a great career here and now he has a chance to play professionally. I think he's someone who can have a long and successful career."
Littleson, a 6-foot-4, 200-pound sharpshooter, averaged 13.4 points per game this past season and ranked second nationally and led the Mid-American Conference with a 47.2 3-point field goal percentage and made a MAC-high 3.4 3-pointers per game. His 103 3-pointers as a senior set a single-season school record.
Littleson was named to the All-MAC second team last year for his efforts and was also picked to the All-MAC defensive team.
